How do I enter a source code?

The area to enter a source or promotional code is now featured prominently at the top of the Order Information screen.

How do I add items to my cart?

Once you have clicked on an item you may need to scroll down past the copy to see the button labeled
Just click on this button to add that item to your cart.

How do I get back to my cart?

In the shopping area of our site you can scroll down to the footer (red type) at the bottom of the page and select My Shopping Cart

I'm having trouble finding a product using your search engine. What do you suggest I do?

If our search engine is not producing the results you expect, take a look at our Search Engine Help Page.

Can I get instructions for the Gourmet Mandoline that I can understand?

We realize the instructions included with the Gourmet Mandoline are a little cumbersome. We are currently developing our own instructions, as we did for the Professional Mandoline and the Rouet. These should be ready soon and will be posted on our Product Information page.

How do I upgrade my shipping on an order placed on the web?

At the bottom of the Order Information screen there is a box labeled Shipping Instructions. You can let us know which shipping method you wish to use. This space can also be used for instructions such as "Leave with doorman" or "No Signature Required."

How to I apply a coupon or gift certificate to a web order?

We do not currently have a field to input cupon codes or gift certificate numbers. If you wish to redeem one of these, you can enter the number and amount it in the Shipping Instructions box and we will apply it to your order.

Will I be paying extra for shipping on back-ordered items?

There are no extra costs to you if an item is back-ordered and we need to send a partial shipment, just the original shipping and handling.
