For close to a decade, PCD has been featured in such print publications as The New York Times, Catalog Age, USA Today and The Wall Street Journal. From 1999 thru 2001, Professional Cutlery Direct was named an Inc. 500 company. Our founder and CEO, Terri Alpert, has appeared on National Public Radio's Food Schmooze and on Dining Around with Gene Burns on KKGO radio in San Francisco. She was featured on CNN/fn's program Entrepreneur's Only. Recently Terri was awarded the International Association of Culinary Professionals' Award of Excellence for Outstanding Achievement by a Businessperson/Entrepreneur.
